MultiMet Probe

The MultiMet Sensor is the world’s first multi-market, multi-purpose, multi-sensor platform. Observator’s MultiMet provides housing for a temperature sensor, humidity sensor, barometric pressure sensor and interface.

The MultiMet Sensor OMC-410 can be applied as an ‘All-in-one Solution’ and is suitable for the hardest environments.  The OMC-410 combines a radiation screen in which a temperature sensor is mounted (0.1 °C accuracy) and an industry standard humidity transmitter. Above the shield the so called e- and c-part as well as the barometric sensor (0.2 hPa) can be placed.

Observator's OMC-410 MultiMet is a compact lightweight system which is also quite low-power so it is ideal to measure Met parameters on buoys. It can easily be equipped with a flux gate compass in order to store measured data related to the magnetic North.
